A short, fixed-fee engagement. We look at strategy, team structure, and how work moves, then hand back a written read with specific recommendations.
Project engagement
Defined scope and deliverables under a mutual services agreement with a statement of work. Priced as a fixed fee against agreed outcomes.
Ongoing advisory
A monthly retainer for leaders who want a consistent thought partner. Standing time, plus availability between sessions when decisions come up.

Both apps are owned, developed, and operated by Enduros.

Enduros is led by its founder, who has spent more than twenty years in product leadership across startup, venture-backed, and private equity-backed software companies, including time as a Chief Product Officer. The practice is deliberately small. You work directly with the person doing the work.
